There’s a NEW Kindle in town

it’s The Kindle 2

the next generation of wireless reading devices.

Kindle was released about a year ago and it has far surpassed Amazons highest hopes.  I’m sure Oprah’s feature of the Kindle had something to do with it.

The new Kindle 2 has kept everything owners loved about their original Kindle but they improved on the battery life.  It can now be used for two weeks on a single charge.  It has a new streamline design that makes it as thin as a typical magazine and it’s lighter than a paperback. It has more storage and can hold 1,500 titles. They have a more advanced display for clearer text. A totally new text to speech feature mean Kindle 2 can read all your downloaded books, blogs, newspapers and magazines out loud to you.  Wow think about that.  The perfect accessory for the vision impaired and a great way for all of us to multitask.

Amazon now offers more than 230,000 books including 103 of the 110 New York Times Best Sellers. Top newspapers, magazines and blogs are also available.

To make this all tie into money saving and income earning. Purchasing all your reading material in Kindle format can save you a lot of money in the long run.  Not to mention the time saving because you can have your book or newspaper delivered in 60 seconds from almost anywhere right to your new Kindle 2. More time saving when you use the text to speech option and multi task during the day.

Oh, and how about the income earning potential ? Just think of all the new sales opportunities you will have when you offer your books and ebooks in Kindle format. It’s a whole new market out there for you.

If you read yesterdays post I told you about Adgitize, a new traffic producing program that’s Free to use and it pays you each month for your efforts.   Well, I spent a little time yesterday and today surfing around the network clicking on blogs and ads and I found out that while I’m working on my Adgitize earnings I also found many blogs that also have Entrecard links that I’m also a member of so I click them too. You can see what and Entrecard ad looks like over to the right on my side bar.

So my time surfing is taking care of two programs at once, saving me time and earning me money, more traffic and ad points to use on Entrecard. I have also found some great informative blogs that I look forward to reading each day and some new Twitter friends with common interests to keep in contact with.

So I’m giving something new a try.  I’ll be reporting my monthly earnings so you can see how well I do.

Hey everyone out there did you know there is a GodTube.com ? Who knew God had his own video site. Well I just found it and saw something I wanted to share with you all.

Moms and Dads out there this is a tear jerker but I thought it was well worth watching.  It’s not only for parents tho.  Everyone can learn the lesson of how important it is to celebrate each and every day of our life. So here it is, Eliot’s fathers video blog. Get a tissue ready.

The video tells you some TOP SECRET sites where you will find out what coupon inserts are located in which papers all across the US.  I found a site that lists for all of 2008 what coupon inserts will be offered each week. Another site tells you every coupon that came out that week and all it’s info. Then I found the coupon data base that will locate every coupon that’s out for any product you type in. I saved the best for last as a bonus for reading this blog I have added another link to my friend Daniels Power Shopping System site, you won’t believe the Secret shopping  system he has come up with.

June 14th afternoon

Well the rest of the family headed to Miller Park in Milwaukee to see the Brewers game so I have been home alone all day.  Traveling to Milwaukee took some time this morning checking what roads were open.  I planned a route throughout Oshkosh since to of the interstates are still closed due to flooding.  They made it safe and sound.

With no one home I thought it would be the perfect time to try some of the things I have on my To DO List like, make a video and learn to use Camtasia.  I started with the camcorder since I knew how to use it already.  After charging the batteries and finding some blank tape I got to work.  That went well until It came time to upload it to my computer.  The cord I bought years ago and never used is a IEEE 1394.  The tiny end fits into the camcorder but I haven’t found anything in the house that the other end fits into.  The cord said it was to transfer video to the computer.  We have 4 computers in this house and none have a hole like that.  Best Buy .com parts has one and the shipping was more than the cable.  None of the stores near by have one so I will wait.

I went and lifted the mic. from my sons room and got to work on camtasia.  After several false starts and one complete recording with no sound I got it right.   Then I had to sign up on Youtube and learn how to do that too.  I got it uploaded and am waiting for it to show up.

June 15th morning I woke up Sunday Father’s Day and found my husband and boys all home sleeping.  Turns out Milwaukee was housing 15,000 Minnesota fans in all the hotels and they had to drive all the way back home.  I just checked and my video still didn’t show up because it’s in the wrong format so I keep working with it.  I’m taking notes so I can do it right without any problems next time.
