I’ve been gone for a few weeks. I went on vacation and so did my laptop. It was in the shop for a few weeks getting the screen fixed. I just got it back today and it’s good to be up and running again. I just got to view my 600 photos I took on vacation mostly of sunsets. Above is the first shot I took. We made it to the harbor just in time to see the sunset over the water.

On one of the eBay groups I belong to one of the gals, Laurie got interviewed by eBay about her eBay business and store. Laurie said it would be fine to share the interview video on my blog so here it is. Laurie is doing a great job handling the duties of marriage, motherhood and business owner. I’m starting to get ready to go on vacation. Once again we are heading out to my favorite spot, Door County, Wisconsin. It’s about a 3 1/2 hour trip with bikes in tow. We have been heading out there for the past 3 or 4 years now.  The past few times my husbands family also came and we have met up with several old neighbors from IL too but, this year it will only be me and my husband. We got the Honeymoon cottage in Ephraim, it’s on the Green Bay side. Each year we stay in a different town.  Jim and I have also gone up in the Fall a few times and it’s beautiful then too.

To get me in the Door County mood I made a little store front Everything Door County.  I’m planning out all our stops.  There is so much to see and do there.  The farmer market stands are great.  Our two favorites are Wood Orchard Market and Seaquist. I can’t wait to get a bag of Cherry De-Lite chocolate covered dried cherries and some apple cider donuts.  The cherries are great, cold from the frig! Both markets have samples out so you can skip lunch and top off your tank before dinner.

I love taking pictures there, last year it was about 300 total. I hope to take a bunch more this year and also some video to share. Well, I better go get my work done so I can go on my vacation.
